back in the groove and running on

alright just shook off that jet lag finally catching up with old mates saw the dentist too what a full day running around like i had no time left so much to do so little time two weeks doesn't seem enough and so much more to do even stopped in the new H&M that just opened up in sf what a mad house what a mess what a let down so much clothes and nothing to wear prefer the european ones much more the days are hot and unsual for this time of year must be lucky i guess as long as the weather is good i don't care will try to while away the time until i go back to sydney i hope it's getting warmer down there as it is warmer here than it was there and it's supposed to be winter here what's up with that so many shoppers like ants running along the sidewalks dodging and sprinting along don't hit me with your overflowing shopping bag hey watch out keep the economy humming along it's overwhelming how did i survive past holiday seasons here like the lazy days of summer where the boys are out in all their glory with their boyfriends in tow and their little dogs too i think it was a dog and not a large rat everyone looking perfect and gym toned and tanned so fahionable in their sunday best but not on their way to church the sky clear and blue above only a few strands of wispy clouds high above the twin peaks tower and over the san francisco skyline static in the baby blue background like cotton candy caught in the branches and this day will live in my memory of why i am in love with san francisco
